Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, get in touch if you would like to purchase a gift voucher.
FAQ - Shipping
Can I place my order now and request delivery after a certain date?
Yes, if you would like to secure an artwork that you love but not ready to recieve it then you can make the purchase and make a note at the checkout with the date you would like this to be sent to you.
Do you ship artworks overseas? (Outside of Australia)
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Can I Return An Artwork?
You can exchange an artwork for a painting of the same value, any postage fees incurred will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Only available within 7 days of recieving your artwork.
What happens if my artwork is damaged in transit?
I ensure I package each artwork very carefully to limit the chance of this happening but if for some reason your artwork is damaged past repair I will paint another piece for you straight away as a replacement or offer the option of a refund.
Can I collect my order from your gallery/studio?
Yes, please advise at checkout that you would like to collect.
How long will delivery take?
Paintings will be dispatched the following working day if ordered before 1pm and then the courier takes anywhere from 1-7 working days depending on your location. You will recieve tracking information when your painting is on its way which will give you a more accurate time frame.
FAQ - Paintings
What does ready to hang mean?
This means yours artwork will arrive with hanging wire on the back ready to put straight onto your wall.
Is the oak frame included with the painting?
Yes, all of my paintings come with an oak frame.
Do you do commission pieces?
Yes but I only accept 2 commission per month and I only paint commissions that are in my current style/subject matter.
How do I care for my painting?
I varnish all of my paintings to protect them which means you will be able to use a slightly damp cloth to wipe the painting if it gets dusty or marked.
